German band Tokio Hotel have been taking Sweden by storm!
They snatched 2 prizes in the new Rockbjörnen Live.
International Song and Concert of the Year!

“We’re really happy and surprized,” they say in a video message to their fans.

The nights biggest international winners are Tokio Hotel. First they won Best International Song for “World behind my Wall” – on the Kaulitz Twins 21st birthday. The band couldnt be there personally to get their price but they sent a video message.

“Thank you so much for the Rockbjörnen-prize. We feel so lucky! We’re really happy and surprized. Thank you so much and have a fantastic evening,” the singer Bill Kaulitz said.

Concert of the year.
Tokio Hotel did two concerts in Sweden in march this year. The fans excitment was enourmous after the bands cancellation 2008. The singer Bill Kaulitz had to get a surgery for his vocalchords and the fans mourned and lit candles the night the concert should have been held.

Now they brought home the first Rockbjörnen price ever for the category Concert of the Year.

“Wow, another award. Thank you so much! We did two amazing shows in Sweden so thank you so so much! We long for seeing you all again!”

“Nous sommes très heureux et surpris,” ont-ils dit dans un message vidéo pour leurs fans.

Les plus grands gagnants internationaux de la soirée sont Tokio Hotel. En premier, ils ont gagné Meilleure Chanson Internationale avec “World behind my Wall” – le jour du 21ième anniversaire des Jumeaux Kaulitz. Le groupe ne pouvait y être présent pour prendre son prix, mais les gars ont envoyé un message vidéo.

“Merci beaucoup pour le prix Rockbjörnen. Nous nous sentons tellement chanceux! Nous sommes très contents et surpris. Merci beaucoup et passez une soirée fantastique,” dit le chanteur Bill Kaulitz.

Concert de l’année.
Tokio Hotel a fait deux concerts en Suède en mars cette année. L’excitation des fans était énorme après l’annulation qu’a faite le groupe en 2008. Le chanteur Bill Kaulitz devait se faire faire une chirurgie aux cordes vocales et les fans ont pleuré et allumé des chandelles le soir où le concert aurait dû se produire.
